The USS Astraea will be starting a new mission.
The USS Astraea has been dispatched by Starfleet Command to the planet Toklafain to mediate a treaty between the two cultures of the planet, the Kritanna and the Ritaan. The two cultures have been warring for decades, almost wiping each other out completely. The differences between to two cultures seem insurmountable. Can the Captain and her crew successfully mediate the treaty and end a conflict that has claimed millions in the middle of a planet wide war?
The kick off post for the new mission should be out by tomorrow afternoon.
Let's get this mission rolling!

I've received replies and some character's have been moved to inactive. Those of you wishing to stay remain on the manifest.
So now, recruitment.
There are ton's of positions open right now, so if you know anyone looking for a sim, please tell them about us and have them apply. Also, if you know of a place to recruit that I do not, feel free to do so!

Ok ladies and gentleman of FOR1.
The sim is going to be undergoing some massive changes. Mainly, the Astraea will become the main setting, and the Station itself will be only a stopover. Also, recruiting will again begin in earnest.
If you are on the mailstring, please reply with either a yay or nay as to whether or not you wish to still be a part of the sim. If you do not reply within the next week, your character profile will be deleted and your position open for recruitment.
I hope you choose to stay on.
